The ambient temperature of the machine room is high
The operating environment of the air compressor is best at 30℃~40℃. Improve the ventilation system of the air compressor room and add exhaust fans in the air compressor room to blow out the hot air in the air compressor room to reduce the temperature. High-temperature heat sources cannot be placed around the air compressor. If the temperature around the machine is relatively high, the temperature of the machine’s intake will be too high, so the oil temperature and exhaust temperature will also increase accordingly. These are all things that need to be paid attention to in summer.
Are the cooling water temperature and water pressure normal?
The air compressor inlet water temperature generally does not exceed 35℃, and the water pressure is between 0.4~0.6Mpa. If it does not meet the requirements, a cooling tower can be installed.
Air compressor lacks oil, poor oil quality, and exceeds the service time
  Check the position of the oil level mirror in the oil and gas barrel. If the oil level is lower than the oil level mark, stop the car and refuel to prevent high temperature. The oil quality of the air compressor is poor. The oil is easy to deteriorate after exceeding the service time, the fluidity becomes worse, and the heat exchange performance decreases, which can easily cause the heat of the air compressor head to not be completely removed, causing the air compressor to be high temperature.
  Three filter blockages
  Air filter blockage can cause the air machine to be overloaded and in a loaded state for a long time, causing high temperature; oil core blockage can cause excessive internal pressure and high temperature; oil filter blockage can cause the flow rate to decrease, and the air compressor slowly forms high temperature because the heat is not completely removed.
