1. Open the drain valve once a day to drain condensate from the air tank. Opening the drain valve is most effective when the pressure in the air tank is around 0.1 MPa.
2. Ensure the pressure gauge, automatic air pressure switch, and safety valve are accurate and sensitive, and check them regularly.
3. Clean the filter plate in front of the intake muffler at least once a month to prevent clogging.
4. Clean the air vents on the crankcase wall monthly.
5. After 2500-3000 hours of operation, check the piston rings and guide rings to see if wear exceeds the critical thickness specified in Table 1. If so, replace them. The replacement interval should be calculated based on operating conditions and carefully recorded. However, the piston operating cycle should not exceed 8000 hours, and the guide ring operating cycle should not exceed 6000 hours.
6. After 2500 hours of operation, check the air valves for proper operation. If the valve plate is damaged or the seal is not tight, repair or replace it immediately.
7. After 2500 hours of operation, check the reducer and reducer bearings and the main bearing for grease leakage. Pay attention to replenishing grease when needed to ensure the bearing service life is within 6000 hours. (Oil-free air compressor) 8. The air tank is required to be cleaned and inspected once a year, and the inspection records should be kept.
